Gold Star Mothers were in attendance for the re-dedication of the State Vietnam Memorial. It was a cold rainy day, we were chilled as we gathered under the shelter to listen to several speakers including Lieutenant Governor Timothy Murray. Vietnam Veterans and other volunteers read the names of all the Fallen inscribed on the Memorial. The addition of a Memorial for Service Dogs was unveiled and a wreath laying ceremony took place following the reading of the names.
Gold Star Mother Dolly Sullivan, President of Worcester Chapter 15 and Terry Davis, PNP placed the wreath at the Vietnam Memorial during the re-dedication ceremony. This picture was taken the next day while the sun was shining.
